Safety Rules
- Adult supervision required at all times — no exceptions.
- Remove shoes, glasses, and sharp objects before bouncing.
- No food, drinks, gum, or silly string inside the inflatable.
- Separate younger kids from older kids during use.
- Maximum capacity posted on each unit — don't exceed it.
- Empty the unit during high winds (20+ mph) or storms.
- No flips, climbing on walls, or rough play.
Weather Policy
If weather forces a cancellation, reschedule for any open date within 12 months — no fee.
Deposit Policy
A $75 deposit secures your date. Fully refundable up to 7 days before your event.
Cleaning & Sanitizing
Every inflatable is cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before each rental.
Damage Policy
Normal wear is on us. Damage from misuse may incur repair costs per the rental agreement.
